Linking Codes

You need a linking code to link your individual account to your team and organisation.  Decide who in your organisation is going to generate the organisational and team linking codes. Each team will require a different team linking code.

We suggest that a random code is created using a combination of letters, numbers and symbols.  If you are a small organisation or have a flat structure, the same codes can be used in the organisation and team linking code fields.

Before commencing the self-assessment process, advise team members of their team and organisational linking codes.  The team linking code needs to be consistent for all team members.

The Self-Assessment Checklist Tool gives you a picture of how health literate your organisation is, as assessed by you (and/or individual staff members).  The individual assessments identify what you are already doing well and areas where you can take further action to improve your services. The individual staff assessments are then grouped with fellow team members to provide a team assessment.  The team assessments are then grouped to provide an organisational assessment.  The outcome of the assessment will be presented as a radar star chart.
